- Product Interaction Data: To enhance your learning experience and app functionality, we collect information about how you interact with the App. This includes your progress in practice sessions (e.g., characters learned, scores), user-selected preferences and settings (e.g., learning goals, notification preferences), and features you use or content you engage with. This data is linked to your User ID to personalize your experience and track your learning.
- Usage Analytics Data: We may collect broader analytics data about how users access and use the App, such as feature popularity, session duration, general usage patterns, device type/OS version. This data may be collected through our own systems or through third-party analytics providers like Google Analytics. This data is used to understand user behavior, improve app design, identify areas for new features, and enhance overall app performance and user experience.
- Diagnostics - Crash Data: If the App encounters an error or crashes, we may collect diagnostic information to help us identify and fix bugs. This data can include device type, operating system version, and the state of the App at the time of the crash. This may be facilitated through services like Firebase Crashlytics.
- Diagnostics - Performance Data (Optional - Review and remove if not applicable): We may collect performance data, such as app launch times and network request latencies, to monitor and improve the App's performance. This may be facilitated through services like Firebase Performance Monitoring.
- Device Information for Push Notifications (If applicable): If you opt-in to receive push notifications, we may collect a device token to send you relevant updates, reminders, or other App-related communications.
- Advertising Identifiers and Data: We may work with third-party advertising partners, such as Facebook (Meta), and analytics providers, like Google Analytics. - With Third-Party Analytics and Advertising Partners: As mentioned, we may share or allow the collection of information (such as advertising identifiers, IP address, and usage data) by third-party analytics providers (like Google Analytics) and advertising partners (like Facebook/Meta) through the use of SDKs, pixels, and similar technologies. These third parties' use of information is governed by their own privacy policies.

- Push Notifications: You can opt-out of receiving push notifications by changing the notification settings on your device or within the App, if such settings are provided.
Please note that opting out of interest-based advertising does not mean you will no longer see ads, but the ads you see may be less relevant to your interests.

We take reasonable measures to help protect your information from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no internet or email transmission is ever fully secure or error-free.
Children's Privacy
Our App is not directed to individuals under the age of 13 (or the relevant age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information.
